"Not a great place to do business. They do not communicate with their customers “who pay off their product” and ask for it to be fixed and then leave them without any communication for two months. "I absolutely love my Jamal sectional, and the customer service is simply phenomenal. When RAC cancelled on me last minute during moving day between two downtown apartments - Aaron's employees saw how distraught I was all by myself and saved the day. In addition to the sectional, they moved my "RAC" TV & electric fireplace entertainment center for me. On days I've had no one else, they've been there. Always kind, funny and informative. Favorite rent-to-own place in town! 10/10 would recommend."
