"Going into my 3rd year as a resident and I’m not sure how i’ll ever leave. The units are spacious for apartments, and guest parking is never an issue. All amenities (pool, dog park, gym, etc.) are cleaned on the daily. The staff is extremely friendly from the leasing office to the maintenance team. Security, but especially Steve, is on top of it - even during graveyard hours. They all build relationships with their residents making it the cherry on top to a happy community. Thank you to Steve and the SBCH team for maintaining a great place to live!"

From the day I first toured my home to my move-in 3 days later to now, after 5 months here, I can truly say I have loved every moment! Viviana, Melissa, Aariana, Kimberly, Mercedes (before she moved on to corporate), Steve, Chip, Eric, and everyone else here all do an outstanding job creating a beautiful community and housing experience for us. I have *very* high standards when it comes to the customer service experience and everyone here has consistently exceeded them since day 1. Everyone on staff is super friendly, resolves (the very few) issues quickly and efficiently, and does a fantastic job maintaining the property. I have NO complaints. It's so quiet and peaceful here, the community stays looking immaculate and beautiful, and the amenities are wonderful. I love it here and recommend Lewis Communities highly.
