"We have happily lived in Eagle Canyon Apt. for eight years. It is a great community with helpful management staff and responsible maintenance team. We have friendly neighbors. It is right next to the great Eagle Canyon Elementary School. It has short distance to shopping and service areas, walking to community parks. We enjoy its large swimming pool all the time. It is a very safe community."
"My fiance and I moved in, in February. We love our apartment and the area. The reason for the 3 stars is that our mailbox has been broken into 4 times since moving in. Which in other words is ridiculous. Equity Residential has never returned a single phone call and management after the first time claimed to have a patrol coming three times a night but now we're at 3 break-ins later and management frankly has not done a single thing or even addresses the concerns of the residents."
"I would love to change my review to be more positive in the future, as the building, neighborhood, and residents are great. This all boils down to management and security. Our building's mailboxes have been broken into 4 times now recently, and management does nothing to fix it. It is very frustrating and concerning to deal with, especially since it happens so frequently. Once this issue gets resolved, I will happily change my review to a more positive one."
"It’s going to be a month since we moved in at Eagle Canyon and my family and I absolutely love it here! Our apartment is very spacious and private. Since the day I walked in for the tour, Gina was very welcoming and answered all my questions. Overall the staff here are amazing! I definitely recommend."
"This place has been amazing- from great staff to great community. We’ve been here for a month and they made the transition (especially during a pandemic) seamless and easy. The property is well maintained, quiet, GREEN, friendly and has been the calm that we needed- especially from moving here from downtown Long Beach. Also great amenities - pools/hot tubs, fitness center, tennis court, GRASS. Pics are from around and or views from within property."
