"Staff was super friendly. AC is abysmal, barely turning on and inability to even crack a window. Aside from the friendliness of the staff, super disappointing with this hotel, especially since they consider themselves a “Bonvoy” property."

"Rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were there for 3 days and initially only given towels and washcloths for one day. We reused what we could but after requesting more clean towels 3 different times and never had any brought up to our room. My husband did go to the front desk and picked up a few towels to get us through. I assume perhaps there was a staffing issue? Breakfast was simple but good."

"After being turned down at the holiday inn (with terrible service) we walked across the way and went here. They accommodated us even with a soccer event in town. The front desk was so nice and made sure we got a roll away bed and extra bedding also gave us extra towels. We got in and I must admit I think this is the cleanest room I’ve even been in!! I couldn’t find not even a smidge of dirtiness or anything. Next morning we decided to sleep in and I called down to request and late check out, wasn’t much but the fact that they at least tried to accommodate our late checkout was so nice!!!! Will definitely be staying here again as we come in several times a month for baseball."

"Really enjoyed my stay at the TownePlace. Very convenient to several restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The staff was super helpful to me and my 7 colleagues during our business trip and the manager, Donna, is very responsive to all pur requests. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and you can even easily control the AC! Safe travels."
