Hampton Inn & Suites Chino Hills

"Don't ever get stuck in the middle of the night traveling And trying to use the bathroom just so you can get back on the road. Especially if you have kids. A woman that works at the desk refused to let us to use the bathroom and to change a diaper in the Middle of night. The only reason why she didn't let me use the bathrooms because I was black. All I wanted to do was use the bathroom and change my child's diaper. I didn't even raise my voice.. I've never been to a hotel and they refuse to let you use a bathroom even if it's just passing through . To me that was insane. She only said it's for guests only and that's policy not to let anyone use the bathroom. Never again will I ever go to this hotel. It told me to go use a gas station which the bathrooms were closed because it was out of service and it didn't have a diaper station. The crazy part is that Hilton is one of my favorite hotels that I use for business when I go traveling but to hear how this woman just told me that I wouldn't want to give my business to this hotel at all.. And that's why it's blowing my mind that I heard what I heard. Don't ever get stranded or try passing by to use a bathroom to just go on with your day your better off looking for a Denny's."

"The Cart that I really needed had a wheel that didn't turn and the young lady at the desk said to push it like this... I said that won't help with wheel that is broken. Why don't they just fix it... I was very disappointed in this Hilton Inn .. Diamond until Covid now Gold Member so I do use Hilton all the time. This location needs to update the rooms a bit and the Carts for your luggage.I just tried the microwave in the room but it wont work!!!"

"Great customer service, a lot of fast food restaurants walking distance, breakfast start at 6am so it is great for us because we have volleyball ball games at 8am. Room is big unlike most of Hampton inn. Only thing kind of not so good is TV is smaller than most of hotel I have stayed at. Front desk JJ is super helpful, the next room was making noise at 2am, she came up to 3rd floor and told the people to keep their noise down. We will definitely return. We really like this hotel."

"We stayed here one night and had a great night of rest! Clean and spacious rooms, fast check in and complimentary water bottles provided. We also forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste but were kindly given some at the front desk! If we ever find ourselves in the area, we will definitely stay again."

"I was iffy about staying due to previous reviews and old photos. However, I was extremely pleased to have stayed here during my stay. First off, I was given the grace of getting an early check-in after a long days trip. Brianna at the front desk was very courteous and extremely helpful my entire stay. Hotel has a laundry center and workout room on site, easy and convenient parking. Comfortable rooms and free breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and cool upon arrival, and there were no issues with house-keeping or any request made during the stay. Plenty of shopping and good eats in the area. A movie theater and gas station are within walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again."
