Green Valley Apartments

"One star because I have to but the service is troubling. Do not apply here, and add an unnecessary inquiry to your credit, the leasing team have no communication with each other, and they clearly have preferences over who they rent their homes to. I went in on Friday and was given an emailed application and while Alyssa was on her break on Friday after I went in her coworker-who was the person who first texted us to let us know a home was available and was texting us back and forth about us being interested gave another family a paper application and had them submit theirs first. I was never told I could submit a paper application. They still had us come in on Saturday morning, ran our credit, gave us a move in date and had us get renters insurance, took our deposit, sent out emails about “our new home” and then called us back three days later saying unfortunately we weren’t going to get it after all due to a confusion and someone submitting their application before us-since the coworker gave the others a paper application and gave it right away to their manager. They also stated that they would try to refund us our application fee. It is a waste of time, and an unnecessary inquiry on our credit all due to the lack of communication amongst 3 employees"

"We recently moved to Green Valley Apartments and the location is wonderful! We are close to shopping centers, restaurants, and have easy freeway access. The staff at the front office was friendly and welcoming. Justin made sure our unit was ready when we arrived, and had a member of his maintenance staff standing by to walk us to our unit and do a final walkthrough of the place. He also made sure to remind us that he and his staff are available for any questions/concerns that may arise in the future. The maintenance staff does a great job of making sure work orders requests are taken care of in a timely manner and will do their absolute best to ensure any issues are resolved the first time they come out. The maintenance staff takes pride in keeping the property clean and well maintained. If you happen to run into any member of the Green Valley staff, you can be certain that they will always greet you with a smile on their face. Overall, we have enjoyed living here. If you are looking for a family-oriented, quiet, clean property, with attentive staff, then Green Valley Apartments is the perfect place!"

"I have lived here about 5 years, and I have not had anything but great experiences with all the staff. Justin the property manger is really a great person and takes pride in his job and the service her gives to residents. Efrain and Nicholas on the maintenance team are always great with helping with service request and always respect my home when coming to do a service. Lastly Javita and Alyssa in the office are a pleasure to work with and are prompt and always provide the best customer service. Needless to say they make my experience living here well worth it."

"Absolutely enjoy living here! The office staff are welcoming and friendly. They make a point to be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Any maintenance request have gotten handled in a timely manner. Maintenance staff are amazing. They great you with a smile or say hello when you pass them on the property. Neighbors are friendly as well. Honestly it’s a pleasant place to live!"
