"On the outside, the complex presents itself as a luxury apartment complex complete with all the amenities, but once you take a finer look at the details, it’s just any other apartment painted landlord white. Moving into the apartment, you could immediately tell no one did a walk through after their renovation as you could find random extra screws and wood panels inside the kitchen cabinets, slightly peeling corners of the laminate ‘hardwood’ flooring and painted over hair stuck to the walls. The parking situation is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The assigned parking space sizes are inconsistent, where it feels like whoever painted the lines could not properly divide the spaces equally; there are spaces that are able to accommodate a large monster Ford F150 truck, while other spaces could barely fit a small sedan like a Toyota Corolla. Honestly, you hope to be lucky to get the ones that can actually fit your car without grinding against the side of it. The leasing office presents itself with the typical positive-sounding sales representative type attitude but exercises questionable business practices such as mixing it up with mid-term and long-term lease availability to increase turnover rates and rents artificially. This place is okay if you’re a student and don’t plan on living here for more than a school year."

"I have lived here for several years, and I am pleased to be here. I love the gym, and the several pools. Maintenance is always helpful when needed, as is Michelle Napolitano in the front office. She has handled several of my concerns, like a block in my parking space or my new application process when I transferred units. My unit transfer went smoothly with her help, but there was one thing missing this past week: I hadn't updated my package concierge account address!
