Marleen from the leasing office was so kind and answered any questions we had while touring! We never really had any issues here and the maintenance staff was always quick to respond to anything needed and were always professional! "I’ve visited this complex many times, and just to be fair I’ve never lived here, but know people that have. Let me state first off the management Marleen and Steve are very courteous and friendly and professional this comes with my very own experience with them. I really like this place. It comes with a pool, gym ,Wi-Fi computer room,Washer and dryer, nice apartment plans on the first second and third floor and a theater. It’s close to shopping at the shoppes at Chino Hills, Chino spectrum Towne center and County club market place to name a few. The complex is big and to me, better views and more quieter towards the back side of the complex. I’ve never seen or the people I know that live there, any kind of police activity ,so it’s safe to say it’s a safe place to live. They are pet friendly with a dog park on the complex."

"I lived here little over a year and Steve in leasing, helped us from the start. He’s super cool and honest guy really liked working with him. The location of these apartments is great especially with a family for the most part quiet area. Stores and parks are within a reasonable walking distance. The downstairs pools don’t get maintenance often and parking on Butterfield is very limited. Both gyms have enough equipment for a good workout. Our AC unit would need to be fixed more often than not. Recently there’s been a few car break ins.. I unfortunately got my car broken into and a neighbor told me it happened to someone else not to long ago. When I emailed into the management at the heights I didn’t get any response. I went in to talk to them about it and they acted very naive about the situation, saying If it happened then I should file a police report. What they should’ve done imo is let the residents know what’s going on so they are aware and act accordingly, hire security or put cameras. Instead of keeping quiet and ignoring the fact that’s going on in there complex."
