"Canyon Pines is a fantastic community to live in. Very convenient proximity to downtown, grocery stores, and everything you could really need. The property has great landscaping and a quiet feel to it. The manager and other staff members have been the absolute best!"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Canyon Pines, I’m only leaving to move out of state. It is a small complex, very quiet considering they have many children and dogs as residents! I highly recommend Canyon Pines!"

"This place has a nice layout. Plenty of trees and shad. The property is kept up nicely too. BUT the management is horrible. Couple months living at this apartment and our upstairs neighbor flooded her toilet and let it running for hours. Management called me while at work to come home cause they wished to inspect my apartment. Diana the manager made it seem like it was only a little leak. Well when I got home the ENTIRE apartment was under an inch of water. It took Diana over 5 HOURS to walk 60 ft over and assets the damages. Then Diana was pressuring us to move our stuff out that night (Friday). Where are we going to move our stuff at 8pm on a Friday night. We had to pay for emergency movers out of pocket for Saturday morning. While it was the weekend we had ZERO communication with management. We were left in the dark till Tuesday when someone finally called us back and gave very vague details. They said it would take a couple days for the repairs. They had to push back the date FOUR times cause Diana can't seem to handle time management. Every time we had to call our movers and reschedule. It ended up taking almost 2 weeks to move back in and when we finally got coordinated with our moved and canyon pines after several several phone calls from myself. The apartment was covered in dust and dry wall. Some of our belongings that we left in the apartment were damaged from the vendors/apartment maintenance. We had to call several times for them to clean the apartment and replace missing items. Paint left on the floor, broken window, missing tile in bathroom, and bathroom towel rack missing. Even after the countless times I've called to confirm we were going to get pro rated for the dates not in the apartment (12) Diana STILL forgets and our rent is full price. What a terrible and horrible experience. If it wasn't for Diana and her incompetent management skills this place would be nice to live. As long as Diana is the manager I warn anyone to not live here."

"I have been trying to rent a place here for the last year as they're photos and floors plans are wonderful! however! after numerous calls/ messages/ emails and attempted visits (always closed) I have never heard back from them! this does not sit well with me, if this is what they do to potential residents i could only imagine how they treat they're actual residents! horrible"
