"Updated 03.12.24 So I recently had a maintance service by Julian from Avalon Brea Place. He did contacted me before entering and was on top of everything I needed completed. There app to request service is very easy to use and I just wanted to say thanks so much to Julian for his help . Great service!!! So first I want to say 5 stars for the staff. From time I moved in 18 months ago I have treated like this was my home. Connie and her team have been so accommodating and extremely helpful. I love all the extra amenities we have here to use. Roof top pool to the BBQ area. When you are looking for a upscale location to call your home this is definitely a place to look at. My favorite part of my home is the open floor plan and flooring."

"My partner and I moved into our current apartment in November 2023 at Avalon Brea Place and had no issues until December of the same year. It is important to note that Avalon Brea Place is a non-smoking community, and in December, we started experiencing an issue with one of our neighbors who would constantly smoke several different substances. The smoke would enter our apartment every day, making it very uncomfortable to live in. The smell would linger for extended periods, causing headaches and other health concerns. We reported the issue to the leasing office staff/management, and I must say that Daniela Diaz, Viktoria Wiseman, and Conni Lai were all extremely helpful and supportive. They took immediate action to address the issue, and they were very responsive and empathetic throughout the process. The issue went on for three months, but the leasing office staff/management team was persistent in their efforts to help us. They provided us with regular updates on the progress and took legal measures to resolve the issue, which was a testament to their commitment to ensuring that residents have a safe and healthy living environment. In addition to the leasing office staff and management team, the maintenance crew, namely Julian Esquivel and Jesus Mondragon, are outstanding in their professionalism, timeliness, and work ethic. They take care of the issue promptly and effectively, ensuring that we were satisfied with the solution. Apart from this issue, our experience living at Avalon Brea Place has been fantastic. The leasing office staff and management team are always available to address any concerns or issues, and they are very responsive and attentive to residents' needs. The amenities are excellent, and the maintenance crew does a great job of keeping everything clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Avalon Brea Place to anyone looking for a high-end apartment community with a fantastic leasing office staff, management team, and maintenance crew. They are professional, responsive, and committed to ensuring that residents have a comfortable and healthy living experience."

"I’m really glad I chose this property! The convenience to the freeway, downtown Brea, the mall and so many other restaurants and stores has been worth every penny. I love the rooftop pool, beautiful community center and Brea tracks right outside the property. The maintenance team, especially Ernie has been great! I’ve been here for a year and they had to work out some kinks as it was a brand new property and through every request Ernie was kind, super responsive and on top of it. I also love that we have access to both building A and building B amenities and gyms. You don’t need a gym pass and that’s been so great!"
