"TOTAL DECEPTION! Advertise Breakfast --- there wasn't any! No hot water in the shower, the single dial faucet had Cold Water where the Hot Water sign said and warm water on the Hot! Hey maintenance, FIX THAT! Had to have the front desk guy come to my room to turn on the A/C! Check-in took 12 minutes because the guy was on the phone trying to get Netflix instead of concentrating on a paying customer! Then the office gave me the uncomfortable feeling I stepped into a Buddhist Temple/Shrine! WHY!? NO ICE MACHINE . . . really!? In California heat!? How can that happen? So I go to the soda machine which accepts my money, but every selection says "Sold Out!" Then guess what happens when I push coin return . . . Yep, you already know! Upon check-out, the guys said to get him when it happened --- it was 10 at night! If you stay here, good luck, because you've been warned! In parting, there was one good thing: the TV and the channel selection! Otherwise, this stay was HORRENDOUS!"
"The check-in experience was not ideal, the guy at the front said our reservation was canceled because the card was declined, we arrived at 9 PM and was going to use a different card when we checked in but they thought it was a good idea to try and check us in at 3 o'clock when we were not even there. He did end up giving us the same rate so it worked out anyways. The rooms were actually very nice, they do have a microwave and a mini fridge. the only gripe I have is the bed was as hard as laying on cement. No good. Even though the rooms were nice, the check-in experience and the bed will make us not return to this location."
"Its a motel. Rooms are updated, but no, aren't perfect. I thought it was good. Clean bathroom, clean bed. Not tok hard, not too soft. Parking is small but, again, it's a motel. Overall though, a very good rating for stay."
"TL;DR nice staff, clean though aged rooms, decent bang for your buck. I booked with miles through an airline. Some points: - Bring your own toiletries. No toothpaste, and not a lot else is provided. The soap bars are small and brittle. - If you're in, keep the deadbolt on. Staff will attempt to enter your room with little to no warning (not with bad intentions, just unexpected). Overall had a good experience, but reading the other reviews, we'll see about the $100 deposit and how long that takes to be refunded."
