"If you like living in a noisy environment and having your car broken into or stolen, then this is the place for you. Apparently it's OK to store nom operating vehicles in the lot for indefinite peroxide of time. Any and all car maintenance is allowed on site as well. There are 5 washers and 5 dryers in the laundry room but only half the machines are working at any one time. You can ask even beg to get laundry facilities repaired but it does no good. The majority of residents go off site to do their wash. It's 50% cheaper to wash off site than here, plus most laundry businesses have working machines"

"Don't rent here. Not only are they over priced it's not try made for 55 or older people. There is no staff in the office ever. Something breaks your out of luck cause management and Monticello are never there"

"Heritage Plaza senior apartments in Brea, is a very nice community with friendly Neighbors. Due to its strict one car parking space, I advise looking for a different Community to live in if you own 2 vehicles. As management (Mitra) advised us to park on a street called Tamarack, because we have two cars, which wasn't communicated until we had already signed the lease. So unfortunately on Christmas Eve my car was towed, plus if you park on Tamarack you will be cited a ticket for parking there, and we did get it ticket. We are 6 months into our lease now, and looking for somewhere else to live. I posted a photo where I park, I am a paying resident, on the lease in Heritage Plaza senior Apartments. Posted signs our confusing, as it doesn't State anything about having a parking permit."

"Since Heritage Plaza apartments got new management, everything has greatly improved at our senior community. When we need repair or something fixed, the job is quickly done. The manager, Debbie, works well with the tenants. She is compassionate with the needs of elderly residents, yet firm in areas of management, that require."

"I've lived at Heritage Plaza for almost a year now and i can say I enjoy living here. I know they raised the rents but only after years and years of renting them dirt cheap. And even so it's still one of the cheapest 1-bedrooms you'll find in Orange County. I've seen the new manager repaint our patio furniture, steam clean clubhouse carpets on top of everything else she does . I would and have recommended Heritage Plaza to my friends."
