"Ramido from Maintenance (hope I spelled it correctly) was so kind and awesome. He fixed my blinds because they were too long and one fell off. He fixed my stove range and the coils. Just was so kind and patient with all my questions and everything. One of the nicest people! Everyone at Country Hills is so friendly!"

"Pros -Staffs are friendly. -They are good at maintenance. -We got the deposit back. -They throw some events for Christmas. -Safe area -Street parking is available. Cons -There are various sizes of cockroaches living inside the unit. (Not only big ones but also small and baby roaches) -Other than roaches, there are ants and spiders. They are co-living. (But if you are eco-friendly, the first and second cons are fine) -In summer, you can easily see roaches on the road and sidewalk. Watch out for your steps at night. -If your neighborhood is noisy, you can hear it. (Couple's argument, kids screaming, ppl talking outside, sometimes TV sounds) -A guy keeps in smoking at the jacuzzi almost evey night; around 7-9pm (If you don't live near the jacuzzi and don't use it, it is fine) -Laundry room : human and pet hairs inside the laundry. It seems like some people use bleach. My towel turned white. We found a roach on the first day when we moved it. We did fumigation a couple of times, but it didn't work. Ants are in the closet. It quickly conquered clothes and stuffs. And they raise the rent."

"Imagine hearing the loud bounce of a basketball ball echo across the complex in the early morning and late evenings. Sounds like endless hammering. Not quality living. Do not recommend unless you like having migraine headaches from each bounce. Great property management and the apartment spaces are okay. The thin walls are not."

"Resident at Country Hills apartment homes. We put in a service request to resolve a dripping faucet that had been problematic. Romero came to investigate the issue and even coordinated his service with my busy schedule. Romeo was quickly able to deduce that the faucet needed to be Replaced due to years of corrosion build-up in the coals system. Romero is always extremely polite and courteous and even offered to resolve another issue that was mentioned in discussion while he was in the apartment which was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom. I'm really pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of service that Romero brings to this apartment complex and it's people like him that make it worthwhile living here. Thank you Romero!"

"I currently live here. The neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors are quiet but there is a lot of noise from gardeners and maintenance. They start very early so don't bother trying to sleep in. There was a water leak in my building and they did not give notice of the correct day they would be coming into my apartment so as i was working from home, maintenance just let themselves in. I was caught off guard. Other than all that, its a nice, safe place to live. Office staff is super friendly."
