"Toured this property last Friday evening with two other roommates. Needless to say, the property was beautiful. Many amazing amenities and a seemingly peaceful community. Our tour guide, Deanne, did a splendid job of answering all of our questions! She was great and was extremely knowledgeable about the community and what they have to offer. Major props to her!"
"I've been living in this apartment for nine months, with a lease renewal. Overall, it's a decent place with neighbors who are generally fine. Regarding shared walls, it can be hit or miss, depending on your neighbor's music preferences. The management does send monthly reminders about noise control, and they do address noisy tenants, which is a plus. Maintenance for indoor appliances is reasonably quick, typically 1-3 business days based on urgency. The location is convenient, and the common areas are well-maintained."
