"We have cockroaches. I told them that 3 months ago and they have done nothing to fix it. My downstairs bathroom is incredibly moldy we told them and all they did was put caulk over it."
"First, Yvonne works for the complex. Second, this complex blows. Everything is made with the cheapest of the cheap. The complex was made in the 50's and they use cut rate material to do repairs. My bathroom still has mold in it from three years ago and my carpet is from 1986, oh and my roof leaks every time it rains they claimed to have made repairs but my stairs still have mildew on them from rain water dripping on them. Oh and the matinence crew are so racist I regret telling management about needed repairs ever."
