"I have lived in the Sequoyah II. Apartment complex in 10 years. The entire property is well maintained and clean ( pool area, laundry facility, garden area). The residents are nice and quiet, family oriented people. My apartment was lovely. The maintenance responded quickly every time I ever needed anything to repair. I would like to give my special appreciation for our on-site resident Property Manager, Ana who always been there for all of us. Thank you for all the help you gave. Your reliability made me feel safe. I will always remember this friendly community. Thank you Sequojah II. !"
"I was in this place for a year, it is very quiet compared to the apartments around it, they have a prompt response to questions and service requests, the only bad thing was the parking, we entered being the second on the list to possibly get a second parking lot because only We have the right to one, however tenants came and went and never looked at the list, there is no parking on the street and there is no parking for visitors. Besides, security is not so good, there was one occasion when our car was broken into and tools were stolen. From there to there everything was fine."

"Need to be careful on the items getting delivered to your apartment , If you leave it outside ,for sometime it will get stolen. Reported these incidents to the management and got update that , management is not responsible for these. Non Cooperative Management"
