"We did not have a great experience during our lease. Our apartment flooded at one point and there was also a problem with cockroaches when I was there for the majority of the time. The proximity to BART was great but the lake/park was dirty. There was a fly problem in the lobby area by the mailboxes. Laundry room was always dirty and multiple machines had issues. The pool had limited open hours and parking issues repeatedly came up even though you are assigned a spot. The property manager said they only enforce parking issues when they are working M-F which is redundant because they only enforced it when I was working and not at home. Maintenance crew was nice but appliances were broken when we moved in and had to immediately be fixed/replaced. Unrelated to the apartment complex itself but there are numerous reckless drivers in the area that we got into 2 car accidents on Ellis (both were proven to be the other party's fault by insurance)."

"I had a wonderful experience living here for the most part. The location was very convenient, you get your own covered parking space, laundry facility is good, and the pool was always clean and amazing. Elevator was nice, and the whole place sort of felt like a budget priced resort. The park and lake was literally right outside my window and I enjoyed the views. Rent was reasonable, and staff was excellent. I never had any issues like safety or pest problems."
