"We lived at Sycamore Green for 10 years then bought a house that we flipped so we rented again there until we moved out of state. The complex is older but very well maintained. The staff is exceptional. Enris and Rob are extremely responsive to any maintenance needs. Mary and Lisa truly care about the tenants. We always felt that we were family. The complex is safe and quiet. We never had an incident, and we loved our neighbors some of which we have kept as friends over many years. If we decide to move back to Cali we would call Mary or Lisa in a heartbeat to move back in."
"Lovely community set back far enough that you cannot hear street traffic. Very private and comfortable. Lived here two years and it was well maintained and exceptionally well managed. Lisa and Mary in the management office were always great. Absolutely would recommend."

"This place is a complete DUMP. They overcharge because it's "close" to Walnut Creek, yet they pocket every penny since there's NO upkeep done to the property at all...inside or out. It's so dilapidated and old, you smell mold in the air all the time. Sure it's woodsy and "green", but venture on in some time. You'l find a bunch of unkept overgrown, trees bushes and ivy that's totally neglected and infested with bugs and spiders , infested with tons of spiders, bugs, flying things, etc."
