"I think our new manager Delilah is doing a great job! Her communication skills are amazing she always has time to talk about any questions or concerns you may have very organized. I appreciate that she notices and ensures our community is safe and residents are being respectful. Also, making sure rules are followed which helps us all live in a community we are proud of. Working every day to make it better knowing the challenges she deals with daily!"

"I wouldn't recommend moving here if you are looking into moving to a quiet place, 4 years ago it was a nice place to live, good, respectful and quiet neighbors , now it's just as loud as it can be, many people living in an apartment playing music at all hours, running, screaming and fighting, you hear the cars speeding and playing loud music late at night, mailboxes had been broken in, packages stolen from your front porch, dirty neighbors leaving their bags of garbage by their front door all day and the smell gets pretty bad, you go to management to complain all you want and the problem just gets worse, they don't like to hear your complains, good neighbors are moving out and more noise and problematic neighbors are moving in, 2 bedroom apartment with 15 people living there and some in the garage, it's a shame because the area is very nice, the apartments are well taken by maintenance, landscaping well maintain even though alot of loose children unsupervised destroy the plants and leave much garbage behind, I was so happy when I moved here, now I can't wait to move out, unfortunately it's been so hard finding an affordable place in Napa, another Big issue is finding parking but the worse part is management"

"Be very careful trying to rent here. I applied for a one bedroom apartment on their website at a certain rate. I went to the apartments to see the the apt I applied for and to fill out any additional information. When they showed me the apartment they never said it wasn't the one in my paperwork or that it was at a much higher rate. They only notified me after they ran my application. It was a real bait and switch that they did to me. I wouldn't have applied for the apartment knowing it was $500 more a month then the one I found on their website. When I asked about it thinking that it was just a mistake in their part they weren't apologetic and just said the one I had applied for online had a waiting list. They didn't have an answer for me on why they never told me this beforehand. Wasted two weeks just to lose a $50 application fee. Will be reporting this issue too the BBB."

"I've lived here for a year now and can say that I loved living here. It's close to downtown, peaceful and has a great management team. From the first moment I began the lease agreement, Erica has done a wonderful job and is very friendly, understanding and available. Whenever I pop in the office, she has a big smile and is very kind. I rented a room on the third floor and worked the nightshift. Normally the place was quite enough to sleep during the day, but every once and a while the garden crew would be cleaning. One time, my shower drain backed up, and the maintenance crew came by and fixed the problem within the day. I got married and need to move to a bigger location, so I am sad to leave this place. It has truly been my home."

"It’s a little costly but it’s worth it. The places are nice and clean. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a lifesaver! There’s even a new dog park to let the doggies play! The property manager and assistants have always been friendly and try to do their best to be accommodating. Before the pandemic they would hold events to try and bring a sense of community together and even though I’m a homebody and only went to a couple. There’s been even a monthly newsletter they put together. I really appreciate the effort they put in because it shows they care about their residents. I hope anyone who is considering to live here knows what a blessing this place has been and how I’m lucky to live here."
