Hotel Indigo Napa Valley, an IHG Hotel

"This place has no water pressure, can't flush a toilet, shower is a dribble & maid service missed us totally for 2 days. Too far from anything, always had to drive for whatever we were interested in. Staff just not helpful. Wouldn't recommend or stay here again."

"Stayed only one night given price during marathon was twice normal. Clean room, good service, comfortable bed - more pillow options would have been good. Biggest drawback was there was only one outlet on the clock (none in bathroom or near desk or chaise). Walls were a bit thin. Toilet paper and tissues were not soft. Shower was good and they were gracious about accommodating a late checkout."

"We stayed here during our datenight with an IHG free night certificate. Love the decor and open ambiance feel of the place. Nice sitting area to relax in. Front desk staff greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. The check-in process went smoothly. Our room was clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. There was only one blanket on the bed during storming rain, so I requested an extra blanket to help keep warm, which they brought up right away. I really loved the layout of the walk-in shower. The waterfall shower head above, along with the hand-held shower head, both relaxing to the skin. The glass shower door was easy to open and close. There are plenty of charging ports for electronics. Great overall experience. Will come again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet hotel with nice decor rooms."

"Cancel the booking for no reason. Unwilling to resolve issue and I have to call Expedia to resolve this matter. Voided my parking charges but was added to my room upon check out again claiming “that’s not their fault”. Stay away from this hotel, there are plenty better ones in Napa valley."

"Very disappointed in the stay here. The place is in need of ten ovations badly. However it was the r room that was the most disappointing. To recap: - The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. - The ironing board was dangerously unstable, this could lead to damage from an iron falling off it cause a fire. This should be addressed immediately. - Outlets are hard to find, to iron. - The bathroom was not clean as there was woman’s hair stuck to the shower walls. - The sink did not drain well causing a backup of gunk when brushing teeth/shaving. - The floor towel was disgusting and looked not to be washed (picture included). I used to think that Hotel Indigo was the high end hotel for IHG. As a longtime member of IHG I have concluded that is not the case and you should be weary of booking at any Hotel Indigo by checking reviews in detail. I for one will be taking this approach with any Hotel Indigos in the future - if I consider ever going to one again."
