"Evelyn at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The recently remodeled room had an awesome bathtub. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel is not quite in Napa the town, you would have to drive a bit to get to most places you would want to visit."
"Absolutely beautiful room, and the most amazing front desk staff member Natalie who went above and beyond. I had left my iPhone phone charger at home and Natalie was able to stop what she was doing and find one for me. I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely return. "The staff was thoughtful and accommodating—the rooms clean, spacious, and modern. Loved the updated bathroom (and the shower headed mounted high on the wall for tall people!). A great place to rest when tasting in the valley."
"Property was great. Rooms were spacious and contemporary with very nice toiletries. There was a nice variety for breakfast and items were fresh. Wish that we could have enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi on a warmer day. Jeffrey at the front desk made our stay great, was very friendly and helpful. Will return!"
"I just checked in at the Napa Winery Inn, and I’m very pleased with the location and room, but most of all the friendly and welcoming host Natalie. Natalie took the time to ask how my day was and relate to how I was feeling. She definitely made me feel comfortable, and made me feel like I was at home. This doesn’t happen often at hotels. Overall, excellent service!!! Thank you Natalie, and thank you Napa Winery Inn!! I’m looking forward to more overnights here because of the welcoming environment. Keep it up!"
