"It is always a big treat to come here. We have lots of great memories of being here over the yerars. Silverado is a great home base when you are discovering the Valley. The new management team is doing a great job of bringing back friendly service. The team explained that the units will be going through a big upgrade again. We look forward to coming back again soon."

"Went for a little weekend getaway and booked one night at Silverado. When we arrived around 3 pm the check in was really easy. They directed us to our room and unfortunately it smelled terribly - like someone and just been standing in there smoking moments before we arrived. The furniture that was in the room was not just dated but the pleather was peeling off the furniture in chunks and the carpet had runs going across the entire room. To Silverado’s credit when we called they changed our room for us and accommodated a switch - they also upgraded us to a larger room which was nice. Unfortunately the new room also had carpet that was coming apart and while it did not smell of smoke all the furniture reeked of dog. Also, probably the most frustrating is that we were traveling with our infant and when we asked for a pack and play at check in they said no problem. When we swapped rooms we reminded them of the pack and play. Unfortunately it was not delivered. Finally at 6 pm we called with a screaming infant in the background saying hey we really need that pack and play now. 45 minutes later it was delivered. Long story short, this is not a 4 star hotel - 2 star at best. Sadly we won’t be back."

"I've been visiting Silverado resort for quite sometime now and when visiting the market/ bakery I always have a pleasant time. There is an employee by the name of Izzy that is simply amazing! Her customer service is simply delightful and the drinks I get handed over the counter are something the write home about. I hope to see her again, she's the reason my husband and I come back religiously!"

"Rooms are a little dated but still very nice. I understand they are about to go through a renovation soon. Can't wait to return next year. Stayed for the weekend for an art auction and really enjoyed the property. Spa was outstanding. Samantha was great. We will be back."
