"Disgusting place, poor maintenance, laundry room had bugs and always dirty! It's cheaper but not worth it. Management is not around, poor communication. The police were always in this neighborhood, I did not feel safe and extremely dirty around it. They do not maintain anything, they only focus on getting the money when rent is due."
