"Did not have a good experience at all. Most of all I lost all of my furniture due to mold. I have addressed the issue and had to wait for a month to be forced to move out due to inhabitable circumstances. My daughter has asthma and we couldn’t stay there any longer. Nothing has been done to address and fix the issue for a whole month. Meanwhile the furniture grew mold on it due to moisture and poor veneration. I had tried to reach out to the owner and was complete ignored on how we can resolve the matter and compensate me. I would not recommend to move there even if it seems like good price at the beginning. Garbage and water not included in the rent bill so it does add up like previous review have mentioned. When signing the lease it’s not discussed either. I’m still under stress figuring out how to recover my losses. It has been a very discomfiting situation. I would want any one to go through this."
