"Is there like a particular day we have to come in and drop our papers off and if so what's up with the service seems a little odd the office managers were just doing nothing one person was nice and helped me out until what was her name luv? Walked in and condescendingly refused service hopefully they do a better job next time for all they are open till 5:00pm."
