"Great small hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the location is in the perfect place to experience all of downtown Napa. Great views of the river as well. Have no problem with this place."

"Very beautiful and quite. Had a very relaxing vibe. Everything was with in walking distance from our room. (The Plaza) A but dated but expected. The only thing I was not please with is our group reserved two rooms. I called one moth prior to request a ajoining rooms. The said they would make note of the request. At check in we were denied a repeated request. We had two emply rooms on both sides but it was clear there is some concern with joining room requests. Maybe next time Napa River Inn. Maybe next time."

"I was very disappointed in our stay. The bill came to $1200.00 for 2 nights. They didn't offer wine and cheese in the afternoon. Also, they did not serve breakfast. Pastry was delivered to our room. They were dry and not very appetizing. For that price they should offer a better breakfast and serve wine and cheese in the afternoon. The taxes were almost $100.00 too"

"I booked 2 rooms for a party of 3. We paid $1000 for 1 night for both rooms (weekend, high season). I got room 209, which turned out to be next to the elevator (L-shaped, wrapped around the elevator). The ongoing sounds of guests getting in and out on a Saturday night, unfortunately led to minimal sleep. The only window in the room couldn't be blinded fully and the outside lights shone through (see photo). My other 2 friends ended up in a room directly opposite the ground floor patio entrance of the Celadon restaurant. This translates to the room windows being 6 feet from where the guests ask to be seated. In conclusion: 2 horribly located rooms, lots of noise and light all throughout the night, and no river view. The room itself was nice, we got a $10 breakfast voucher, the building is cool and the location is good."

"We had cocktails and dinner here. The staff were very friendly and attentive, cocktails were amazing, and our appetizers and dinner were fantastic! I overheard the bartender proudly brag about the clam chowder being the absolute best and I have to agree. It was THE best I have ever had! They had a generous amount of little neck clams that were prepared in the chowder. My wife loved sharing it with me and clam chowder is one of her least favorite dishes. I was so excited about how delicious it was that I forgot to take a picture of the dish!"
