"The worst service I have had in a long time. The deliveries are not "freekishly fast" and twice they forgot my drink. When I called the young lady was rude and hung up on me not once but twice. I asked them to deliver my soda, they said they would and I did not get it. Too bad I love the sandwiches but will not be taken advantage of. You have lost my business. Update they did deliver my soda but really. I am giving my favorite sandwich place another try. February placed my order at 2:34 pm and at 4:13 I still do not have my order. After the 3rd call, and the employee telling me she is on her way, I am not too sure I will get my dinner. dinner has arrived at 4:16 pm. New entry I have decided to order my favorite subs, because I have been receiving great delivery service of late. It's too bad that on 3-2-24, the sandwich I received had bad onions, the tasted bad. There was no mayo or any sauce at all. Little to no lettuce, the bread, which is my favorite was under baked in the inside yet browned on the outside. Too bad, to the powers that be please visit this site and reward those how are fabulous and retrain those who can not make the sandwiches fresh veggies. Please."
"It says online it closes at 9pm. Front door was locked at 6:40pm with staff cleaning. Tried waving and they ignored me. First time trying to come here, last time trying to come here. Not thrilled after driving all the way over. Take your business to cousins down the road."
"Very ghetto staff this is a franchise location that hires youth and holds on to their paychecks for months going and dont call back or give responses when they're trying to pick up when being contacted. My child went through orientation as well as training waiting 2 weeks for log ins never received and being its a franchise location you can never get a real response from anyone. They don't mail anything to their employees after leaving employment. Staff is poorly trained lacking any customer service skills and have nasty attitudes! 10/10 do not recommend for employment or food !!"
"It’s a good Jimmy’s but I’ve been to ones with better customer service. This place was nice and clean and the food was spot on per usual. I was just surprised at how flat the workers acted. It’s just uncommon for my experience with other Jimmy’s that are filled with happier workers. Nothing bad about the food or speed. Those were solid"
