"Selection is ok. Not sparse but not great. Half the time the service is good but the other half there is one cashier who follows me around and watches me without offering to help. When I do ask for help he makes it sound as though it's a giant chore to answer any questions. 1. I don't like being stared at while I'm shopping (or at all) and 2. I like to be informed about the stuff I spend money on without having it heavily implied that I'm being unreasonable for my inquiry. Those two things have caused me to take my biz to Hollister smoke shop."

"Went in because I had breakfast a few doors down and I asked the person working there and they didn't have any knowledge about what I was asking for, nor did they even try to help me figure it out. Another customer came into buy cigarettes and she went right over and was totally ignoring me while I continued to look for myself. Extremely Rude."
"Very pleased to see it has a 5 star review. I have been coming to this place for years since they opened what seems like 7+years ago, and have always noticed the cheapest prices, very large selection of cigs and other smoke related things, and the constant upbeat/friendly tone of the staff they hire. Not to mention they give away free things occasionally and are usually really kind about being a little short on change. So yes, they rightfully deserve this 5 star rating and I am happy to add to that."
