"By far the slowest retail store I have ever been to. And this isn’t just based on one visit. I have been to this location over 10 times and everytime is the same. Only one (on the odd chance two) cashiers working and they go incredibly slow, really taking their time. There is never not a line of more than 5 people. The stock is also terrible compared to other dollar stores."

"I am new to the area here and Santa Barbara, temporarily here for work. This was my second visit to the store, as my first one was pleasant and this store has a lot in stock compared to back home! Unfortunately, that is the only positive I can now say about this store. I came to the store today to buy cleaning supplies and a snack. However, upon returning to my place, I realized that I was charged for 3 additional items that I did not buy at all, they were not even in my bag. I called AND returned to the store, to be dismissed and told there was nothing they could do. I am bewildered that the cashier there charged me for items that weren’t in my hand basket. I left and mentioned that I would contact my bank, when I realized that no attempts to resolve this issue would be made. As I type this, I’ve decided that I simply would write this here, to let other shoppers who may not check their receipts right away to make sure you do so. I’m not even going to bother disputing anymore, I will simply not be coming back here."

"I was in here this past weekend. Saturday was awful. They need to train or provide communication class for the cashier's. Two were just going at it. Bs back n forth. I assume no manager on duty. Then another cashier came in and the guy just started in on her. Definitely training might b needed. Anxiety level was way too high to save the money shopping here."
