"My mother and I had a very positive experience at this store this afternoon. We brought in an old lamp that had a faulty switch, not knowing how to fix it ourselves, we were assisted by Shane. He took the time to not only find the right switch and accompanying gadgets to repair our old lamp, but wired it back together and gave it a test run with one of their bulbs, all for a whopping $7.62. I have to commend Shane on his exemplary customer service as he clearly went out of his way to help a couple of old gals."
"Very helpful front counter people..... I'm traveling with a U-Haul and I needed to find a lock but didn't want to buy one if it didn't fit and have to return it..... but they were very helpful in getting it out of the packaging for me which was extremely challenging and letting me return and get the right kind....... I was visiting the area where I used to live as a child I would definitely come to this store again as they are just such helpful folks."

"The level of customer care is amazing! Very kind and helpful staff. The place is well staffed and has a nice selection that includes the majority of home hardware needs. I would use this place to purchase specific items that you need in a pinch as pricing is on the higher end, but regardless, it’s totally worth it in exchange for the great customer service."
