"The staff serving on 10/18/23 at around 1:45/2:00pm was the rudest staff ever, especially the girl cashier with the pink hair. She was unnecessarily rude, and it wasn’t even that busy in there. My app wasnt working so I apologized and asked if she could give me a minute and she started speaking in spanish to her coworker not realizing my boyfriend is hispanic and could understand. I work at a starbucks dealing with endlessly rude and entitled people; not once do i give them the attitude we received when we walked in."
