"I had a disappointing experience at Tilly's today. While we were queuing at the checkout, my girlfriend, who had been patiently waiting in line for about 10 minutes following the crowd, was told by the cashier that she wasn’t in the queue and needed to line up again. This was quite frustrating as it was clear that she had been in line all along. The staff's approach was very unfriendly and it negatively impacted our shopping experience."

"Terrible return policy, purchased sunglasses and was never told about items being final sale. Zero help from employees when exchanging, save your time and go somewhere with better policies and customer service."

"Simply put, the customer service was absolutely horrible at the register. Turned a positive experience into a bad one. Suggest putting some time into training the sales associates at the register to process sales prior to chatting amongst themselves and treating the customers as an inconvenience. The attitude was inexcusable and they should be thankful to be employed."

"Had a bad experience with their RSQ jeans promo of buy one, get 50% off. They did not have another pair of the same size the day I originally purchased. I came in today, a few days later, to day to just get a different size in order to take advantage of the promotion. They would have done a quick refund of the original purchase, then sold me the same exact jeans I'd brought in along with a second pair. Since the original jeans I purchased had been worn they wouldn't do it. Literally a dumb technicality."
