"My blood sugar had dropped, came inside so I could get a little bit of full sugar drink while waiting for my burger. Service was quick & friendly. This Jack in the Box is in my opinion, a consistently a well run business. Kudos to management!"
"During the day or in the middle of the night I have consistently gotten great food customized to my likings. The crew takes a team approach and works together for the fastest and best possible service even when unrelated circumstances (like heavy rain) could damper the drive-through experience. I love so many items on the menu!"
"pulled in through drive-thru, 4:02am, 11 / 25. met with the ugliest and nastiest voice ever "what do you want ?" we order one number three, and get interrupted, "systems gotta restart, it'll take a minute" in the rudest way possible. obviously this guy didn't want to be alive at this hour. we wait a few minutes before he jumps back on "you want a number 3 ?" asks rudely for what size. didn't ask for regular or curly fries. we order another number 3 with no tomato, and get a "so you want TWO number 3s." buddy had no idea we could see him shake his head while he took our order through the giant glass window in front of us. we don't expect perfect at this hour, but the workers at McDonald's in mid afternoon have a better attitudes than that hog. with an attitude like that, we didn't trust him to not spit in our drinks, so we declined our order at the window. never been so blown away at a grown man working a grown job, acting like a complete toddler. dude had no name tag, (unsurprising) and a sloppy goatee. wearing all black, don't know if he runs the show, but god help us all if he does."
