"My daughter called me from this station yesterday (January 29th, 2023) crying. She wanted to use apple pay and went inside since it wasn't working from the pump. Apparently, she gave the wrong pump number and the clerk came out and yelled at her. When she came in, he called her 'stupid' and that nobody ever does that. I've seen a few posts about bad service at this station. As a father (and former Chevron employee at corporate), this is unacceptable."

"The young Asian guy was such a profound jerk we left and got gas elsewhere. He’s not a good person to have representing your company at all!!!!!! It’s 4:30 on Friday October 8th. I recommend after reading other comments about the individual I had issues with that you fire him immediately. He lost you a $55 sale in gas and an addition $24.50 sale in snacks and drinks. Great service was only a mile away at the Mobil."

"Horrible customer service from the young Asian guy. He will give you undeserving ride sarcastic customer service. After simply asking about the redbull buy2 get 1 sale I felt compelled to give him feed bad and let him know KINDLY that his customer service was bad. This was after watching him be rude to the poor girl ahead of me trying to sign up for their reward program. He snapped at me like 4 times and mumbled stuff under his breath while ringing me up I finally was in shock by how uncalled for he was being that I just had to finally let him know how bad his service is. Now that I'm reading these reviews IM CLEARLY NOT THE ONLY PERSON. He needs to be FIRED! No wonder he works at a gas station. Needless to say I called the cops so I can have a report on this incident cause he followed my to my car."

"The young guy working at approximately 2:55 pm on Friday the 10th hates his job. He's condescending, rude, disrespectful, and has a nasty attitude. I was at first upset with how he treated me but then realized that he must live a miserable life.......there's no way that someone can be so nasty towards people without there being a reason behind it. I hope management will somehow see this review so that they can get this young man some much needed help"

"This station stole $18.26 from my daughter. She paid with Apple Pay and the pump wouldn’t work. She went inside and told the attendant and he told her she didn’t pay. She was able to show him on her phone that she did indeed pay with Apple Pay and he refused to give her gas. When she went back out side the pump was working so she thought he figured things out. So she was pumping gas in her car and he come out and start screaming at HER. Even though he was making the mistake! He told her it wasn’t her gas and that he set it up on the wrong pump! And that now she owed him $6.50! He wouldn’t let her leave until she paid him. She had no money and already paid him &18.26!!! She had to call a friend to bring the money to him. I have called to try and speak to management and it is just a busy signal! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!"
