"Review based on 2 experiences at the same store: Came in about a week ago and someone helped me right away and gave me some suggestions since they didn't have what I was looking for. I looked around some more and found what I wanted; they had the size and I bought it. Nice and easy transaction. 5 stars. Today. One week later: Called 3 times, about 5-10 mins apart, and let the phone ring for a minimum of 1 minute for every call. Even let it ring for 3 minutes straight and they still didn't pick up. All the reviews about them not picking up is definitely not an understatement. 1 star."

"So I went into the store to buy my wife a purse that she had seen and liked and Cheyenne gave me attitude since the moment I went in. The first time my wife went to look at the shoes Cheyenne snatched the shoe from her because my wife didn’t like the shoes she had chose. Nice products but bad customer service felt like she had something against us."

"Patient, helpful staff that gave useful advice when I had trouble deciding what size to get that the smaller one hurt my ankles, the larger one had a gap in the front. So she gave her honest opinion that she’s not sure but insist try putting in the insults. And it was so comfy and fit just right. Got my first boots in my life, really happy about it. Plus: they usually have many classy shoes on sale with most sizes!"

"I really enjoy shopping in this store, they always have cute shoes on sale. I love their accessories too. The customer service could be better, the staff that works there aren't really that friendly. I came here late and they had about 20 minutes to closing, and when I got there, they were in a rush to push me out. I felt like they should have just waited until I was done looking around."
