"We purchased a few things at the store and unfortunately forgot the credit card at the cash register. Returned in a few minutes and the cashier gave us the card back. A few days later we noticed a second charge on the credit card from that day for $98. One of the store supervisors told us that the card was left in the card reader, and the next customer's purchase was charged to our card. I tried doing this to verify if it is possible, and actually it doesn't work. When I called customer service, they said in a condescending way that it is our responsibility and didn't even try to help. Clearly Ross doesn't care who they get their money from and how. We won't be shopping at Ross again."

"One of my favorite places to shop. They always get new stuff in and at a good price. Haven't been to the mall in years"

"I had my back pack with me. I asked loss prevention if I can leave it in the front of the store. Because when I bring it with me loss prevention always profiles me and thinks I am stealing. She said it would be 100 percent safe and I had nothing to worry about. 10 minutes later she comes up to me and casually tells me somebody had just stole my backpack..$2,000 gone. Still no help from ross on making things right. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Came in here looking for work blazers, ended up coming out with some nice warm long sleeve sweater coats with really nice patterns. As soon as I was ready for purchase, I went to get in line, and it was exaggeratedly long. They had plenty of people on the registers, but it wasn’t enough. There needs to be a better system in place because that line went on forever. It almost makes you want to leave, and a few people did leave. So I would ask Management to look into that because we were there for longer than expected. There’s no easy In-N-Out purchase. You will need to double your time if you’re adding the wait time in the line. Mind you, this was a Saturday, it’s possible that during the week day hours there’s a better flow."
