"I had a short and petite pyt help me at this store today. She seemed to be the only one working the floor during my approximately half hour visit. During that time business was brisk to say the least. This employee was helping multiple people simultaneously including myself and despite how busy she was, she maintained a friendly, calm demeanor. She was actually super sweet and smiled everytime we spoke; I watched her behave the same way with all the other customers she came in contact with during my visit. Her behavior came off as genuine which is what really struck me. After I selected a pair of shoes she took them to the counter so I could pay. She was not able to ring me up because she was too busy floating from customer to customer then directly to their stock room to locate merchandise. After paying I did locate her in between helping customers and shook her hand and told her I appreciated her help. She smiled and told me it was her pleasure. I really wished I had gotten her name so I could have spoken to her manager to let them know about the exquisite customer service I received but the staff seemed stretched thin and I decided against taking up their time unnecessarily. I would be remiss if I failed to acknowledge the employee who rang me up. Didn't catch her name either but she was efficient while also coming across as friendly during our brief interaction. I'm visiting from Sugar Land, Texas and I feel fortunate to have happened upon this shop by chance while exploring the area surrounding my hotel. The store has a nice selection of footwear and related gear and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. If they would have had another pair of the shoes I ended up purchasing in my size, I would gave copped an additional pair but it was not to be. Overall a 5 star shopping experience."
