Nordstrom Rack

"I used to really enjoy shopping here a couple of years ago, but whoever is in charge of hiring since then isn’t hiring at Nordstrom’s[rack] “high quality customer service” standard. I was trying to shop here last week and a couple of young employees were conversing with each other from a distance very loudly. While I was looking at clothing and headed in the direction of one of them who was restocking - she starts walking towards her coworker who is somewhere behind me and as we go between two racks at the same time she aggressively pushes past me. I thought she would be courteous and let me pass first, but nope - she just rams right into me and doesn’t say sorry or excuse me. Just talking casually to her coworker as if I didn’t exist. It was really rude and unprofessional. Some serious training needs to happen at this location. I don’t plan to go back any time soon and if this location comes up in topic with coworkers/friends/family I will be sharing this awful experience and recommend they shop elsewhere."

"Buyer beware! I was unable to return a pair of shoes despite having the receipt, because apparently someone had managed to switch the shoes with a similar looking pair. So basically this shop sold me some dollar store shoes that are already falling apart for about $50! The nail in the coffin was the snooty attitude of the cashier. I’ve been a longtime customer and will never return because this location first scammed me, then turned around and treated me like I was the scammer. It is infuriating and I am going to make sure everybody knows that this place is dishonest ."

"This store routinely calls the police and invites them to loiter around the area in large numbers, sometimes for hours. I live next to the store and constantly see police in front of Nordstrom Rack and the surrounding shopping center. They don't arrest anyone or respond to any problem necessarily but just descend on the neighborhood, over-patrol the parking lots, and snoop around to intimidate people minding their business. Today, a cop even entered my apartment building in numerous places to poke around for no reason. She then called her friends over to approach me because I dared to watch her from the sidewalk. They were not investigating anything and simply drove off after a while. The extreme police presence and lack of privacy in the neighborhood as a result of Nordstrom Rack constantly calling the cops are very frustrating."

"Very rude and unhelpful the manager that I spoke with it tall with curly hair she wasn’t helpful or understanding even the Nordstrom Rack phone representative couldn’t believe that she wouldn’t even try to help under the circumstances “ the phone representative literally said “ O my God!”. I even brought proof plus I’m here 1hr and 40 minutes from my home because we don’t have one close by and she could care less. My start rating is 0. Her lack of service doesn’t represent their company well."
