"1st time I went it was great. Second time was horrible. The woman who checked me out took her time returning my items, she complained about her coworkers and in the middle of it was on her phone complaining about her work schedule. I thought she was looking up one of my return items. I wasted 15 minutes with her returning five items. Next time I will ask for someone else to help me."

"If you have a boy. This is the store. I feel this one has a bigger selection of boys clothes. Compared to other Carter's ive been too. Very nice customer service staff. Helped me dind somw nice dress shoes for my son who waa in a wedding. Great deals off of regualr items and always extra off of clearance clothes."
