"Wanted to give a quick shoutout as the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. In particular Dom went above and beyond to offer great advice as I tried on several pairs. Unfortunately, they didn't have my (slightly uncommon) size, but he let me know they were in stock online. I trusted him and we put in an online order. Just a few days later the jeans showed up at my house and they are absolutely perfect! I expect these to last a long time, but whenever I'm ready for another pair I know where I'll be heading."

These employees — literally all of the ones I’ve come into contact with over the past year, the tailor included — are giving next level customer service.
