"The place was shuttered today even at eleven and when someone finally answered their phone hours later and I asked what their actual hours were they told me ten and I was like, you all were closed all morning after your official hours and the lady on the phone was basically like "so? We had things to do" ... what kind of low level customer service and management is happening at this store, it was super inconvenient and annoying that their employees just couldn't care less about doing their job"

"They weren't open at 10:30 even though the hours say open at 10 am, I called a few times today after noon and no one picks up and the recording states again that they open at 10 but the place was dark and the shutters were closed"

"Do y’all even care about shoes?? Don’t y’all wanna get paid??? Seriously the most un passionate salespeople I’ve ever met. I work in service and genuinely cannot imagine letting a guest stand there for 15 minutes without greeting them and asking if I can help them today. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that one because not everyone is super friendly, but after approaching an employee I realized they we’rent trying to help us find what we were looking for. I had an issue finding anything in my size which is disappointing because my shoe size is pretty common. I was looking for shoes to keep me comfortable at work and they didn’t offer me any other options after not carrying what I was looking for in my size. Totally an L for all parties involved. I’m only writing this in hopes you can improve your service."

"First and last time in this store. I was followed by their security guard. When I tell you he was close to me every single step that’s exactly what I mean. He literally stood behind me as I looked through the close. After paying for my items I turned around and he was literally right behind me. I tried to shake it off but I decided to return my items. This is why no one shops at Footlocker and why their stores are closing. What made it bad is the guard was African American. To struggle with equal rights (as an African American woman) and being treated with respect it’s kind of weird to have your own kind follow you around the store."

"They were suppose to be open at 9am per employees from last night. However, it's 9:44am and they're still closed and it looks like nobody is even here. Myself and two other people have been waiting since 9am. This is beyond crazy! They need to get it together because this is most definitely not coo."
