"What happened to the quality service? I have been here before, and the staff was friendly, helpful and they got the job done efficiently. I came back because I was satisfied with previous experience. This time, my mother took my car in for an oil change (I am getting over a cold) my appointment had been set for 1:30 PM. She was there on time and dropped the car off, she went to sit at Winchell’s donuts next store while she waited. To my utter shock, she called me an hour and a half later to tell me the car was still sitting in the lot. At approximately 3:10, they finally brought my car in for an oil change. My very patient mother ended up waiting there for over 2.5 hours AFTER I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT. Make that make sense? I am very dissatisfied and offended at their time management. Do not offer me a 1:30 appointment and then service my car hours later. I will continue to post on yelp, nextdoor, and any other place I can leave a review until this is resolved."

Instead of trying to pressure me into buying an expensive tire, he went above and beyond to find one that fit within my price range. Initially, they didn't have any tires in my budget, but Adrian made some calls and managed to find one that was closer to what I was comfortable spending. But it doesn't stop there! When I called back to book an appointment, he surprised me by informing me that he had made even more calls and found an even cheaper option. It arrived quickly, which was fantastic since I needed the tire urgently before leaving for vacation. When I arrived at the shop, they took me in right away, honoring my scheduled appointment time instead of making me wait as many other places tend to do. I was in and out within thirty minutes, which was incredibly efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that the tire I received was from a trusted brand and not some unknown knock off. Despite going for a lower price, it was still a high-quality option. This was definitely a plus for me! Based on this experience, I will definitely be returning to this tire shop for all my future needs."
