"I have been going to this location for years. Today I was so disappointed in their customer service. I needed coolant, there were two different prices. I asked the cashier (female with glasses, Two times to clarify so I could understand what I was purchasing) if there was a difference between the two(even walking over to the racks and pointing what I was talking about). So I chose the lower priced coolant, all you have to do is add water. Simple. When I went to the register and it was ringing up 21$, I chose the $5.99. So I told her it was not the right product, several were stocked on the 5.99$ shelf. She proceeded to get her manager, Christian. All Christian had to say was that, You, the customers move things around all the time (his words exactly). Well just an fyi, in California, that's their problem not mine. Instead of blaming your customers, try owning your mistake. Today forward I will be taking my money to different locations. Today I took my money down to street to AutoZone."
"I actually live closer to two other auto parts stores bur I prefer this one because it's rarely crowded, has easy parking and friendly staff. However their selection of loaner tools are a bit lacking and often their shelves aren't fully-stocked, however if you ask they generally have what you need in the back."
"Went in to buy a replacement headlight that I thought I would have to have a mechanic install, but Ken, the manager, did it for me no problem. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They also helped my mom clear up some misinformation the dealer have given her about the cost of some other car part. Great experience. Definitely going back."
