"This store is filled with employees who would rather be lazy, than help a customer out. I came in to get a new battery and after already selling me the battery, they then tell me they can't change it out for me. I ask why because I know my car won't start and I don't have the tools to change it out myself. In the past all other shops have been more than happy to change it for me. They proceed to reluctantly beat around the bush and come up with the very poor excuse of being understaffed. I counted 4 different employees that were actively working the floor standard around and hanging out in the back. Mind you all other customers had already been helped and had left, I was the only one to help. Instead they chose to be lazy, and have piss poor customer service and proceeded to tell me they didn't have enough time. Thanks for all the help Mario, you should be a very proud Manager of O'Reillys... -_- Hindsight I honestly should have cancelled the sale entirely and taken my business elsewhere, but I just wanted to be done with this. Do not go here unless you need 0 help and just simply need to buy something. Then again you probably shouldn't go here at all after this experience."
