K understood situation and sent package label and agreed to refund us for the part as we purchased part from another company, K was a delight to speak with and have no doubt that once defective part received they will issue refund…."

There mail order is next day at my house and I live 120 Mi round trip from it so mail order is my preferred method unless I want to actually go see or fit parts then I just go there. Parking's a bit of an issue that's about the only downside."
