"This location had two chairs to sit in while waiting and one of them was outside of the building. This is the one inside. Pretty sad wouldn't you say? I run a business. I know what fresh eyes can see. Yall should try to get fresh eyes in every location once in a while. For what this location charges for an oil change ($110, $80+ after on line discount). One would expect a great deal more. I'm sure the work was professional, but the dealership would have cost about the same. Employees not exactly friendly, but professional."
"I had a nail in my tire and Diego was an angel. Not only was he very professional and gave me the facts and details regarding this ugly nail in my tire, which was very close to the edge. Meaning I needed a completely new tire. he also displayed the most compassionate demeanor towards me and super kind and carrying. He's very positive and made every attempt to lift my spirit. What a wonderful man you ate Diego!!!!"
