"My first visit and purchase on Tuesday January 30 2024. Arrived at OCT at 9:30am and approx. 12 customers in line ahead of me. Waited about 20 minutes and my number was called. My counter rep was Russell. He greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I explained to him that I was new to the game of restoring a pickup. He said no problem and we began on my list of 53 items. He explained to me what I really needed and was very knowledgeable and patient. I finished my transaction with the cashier and told her if Russell were to be terminated that I would hire him in a heartbeat. Needless to say I'll be doing my business with OCT because of Russell.
