"So this place has a UPS inside of it and I arrived to pick up my package hours after it's supposedly was delivered. According to the tracking from UPS, the clerk didn't seem to thrilled to have to help, but I asked about picking up my package and he said one moment I told her my name but he didn't even need it he said ... Ok... . I asked if he needs to see my tracking number he didn't. He just fiddle with the computer a while but then told me my package is not there. Not even knowing who I am. And then he told me UPS drivers are lazy and Mark delivered all the time when things are not delivered. So I don't really know what to believe but in customer service. Zero stars if I could but I had to pick one because he did not even look me up or even pretend to at least lol, didn't even go and physically check. He just stared at the computer a few moments and then told me to come back the next day at 10:00 a.m. when they open at 7:30 a.m.... I called ups and they told me they did deliver and they don't understand why the location would tell me that.. All in all, I just feel like it probably reflects on how they do business with their car parts and orders. So just be weary of this spot and the people they have running it"
