"Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am writing to share my recent experience at your shop and express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received. Upon entering your store today, I encountered one of your employees, a white gentleman, who did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. As someone who values good customer service, this was not the best way to start my visit. Nevertheless, I decided to proceed further and explore your store, which indeed had a nice selection of supplies. While browsing, I approached the same employee and informed him that I was in search of a pipe and had a budget of around $50. Unfortunately, he did not respond to my initial request, so I politely repeated it. It was at this point that he informed me, rather rudely, that he had heard me the first time. Additionally, he showed a clear disdain in his behavior towards me. Feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer, I promptly decided to leave the shop, urging my husband to do the same. I wanted to convey my disappointment not only because I expect better treatment as a customer, but also because, as a loyal customer, I believe in supporting businesses that prioritize excellent customer service. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience spend my hard-earned money in a shop that fails to value its customers. I felt compelled to share my experience with you and others who may consider visiting your establishment. I encourage everyone to think twice before bringing their money to your shop, as I believe there are alternative options available that offer superior customer service. In fact, my husband and I promptly found such an alternative by simply crossing the street, where we purchased a new, beautiful pipe from across the street. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving the customer service experience at your shop. I believe it will make a significant difference in attracting and retaining loyal customers. William"

First and foremost, I never have super high expectations out of smoke shops here since there’s so many of them but this place was beyond my expectations. Super clean shop, great display setup, wide variety of any products you need, fair prices and super friendly staff. Mohammed went above and beyond to explain different products they had as well as make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be coming back with friends, this is my new go to shop in SD."
