"This was the first time being disappointed with this store. Usually, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Today there was a cashier that repeatedly addressed the checkout line, saying that she could only take debit or credit... like many times.... and when I walked up she looked at me and pointedly asked me if I was only using debit or credit. Very condescending. I also had two different loyal member coupons and did not offer at all to help to decide which was more beneficial, just said... you can only just one and stared in another direction. She had long curly brunette hair and wore a face mask. Just not the quality I'm used to at this Ace. I hope it's not the sign of a decline!"
"Probably one of the most well stocked ace stores I've ever been into. I was pleasantly surprised. Warning.... this is a snooty area and the customers I saw weren't very nice. Their lack of kindness is hard on the staff. Help the staff out and be kind to them. Your smile and cheer can help out a staff member that may otherwise be beat up emotionally. Picture is for reference. I'm a contractor and needed parts to wrap up this waterfall."
"This review is overdue. I’ve been coming here on and off for quite some time. The staff is always pleasantly helpful and always greets me with the welcome at the door. I want to specifically point out Andrew whom is always very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He is a man of all trades. From tiny tools to a grill he has attended me with the upmost respect. I really appreciate him and the rest of the staff that seem to always have a positive welcoming vibe. This is why I rather support this hardware over others."
"This store has a little of EVERYTHING and is well staffed with helpful folks. I could have ordered what I needed from the dominant big box DIY store and waited 4 to 7 days. Griffen ACE Hardware had it on the shelf at the same price. They have packed out the space with an incredible range of products, just like the hardware stores of yesteryear. I was greeted when I entered and offered help finding what I needed by three different employees throughout the store. Note: there is a second floor. This is a grown person's candy store."
